OUTPATIENT Physical Therapy At HOME
FLEXability LLC is a cash-based in home physical therapy practice that schedules one hour treatment sessions as needed for recovery from injury, conditioning or maintenance. The frequency of the client’s visits are set on a case by case basis. The therapist is able to see adults and children for a variety of conditions. Conditions may include: cervical pain and headaches, back pain and sciatica, postural conditioning, tendinitis, frozen shoulder, balance deficits, generalized weakness, and developmental delays.

I have been a practicing physical therapy for over 10 years, and I have experience in a variety of settings, including hospitals, rehab facilities, home care and outpatient clinics. My patients have ranged in age from infants to seniors. I received my Masters of Physical Therapy from Western Carolina University in 2010, as well as additional training to specialize in the following:
- Manual therapies for restoration of functional movement
- Shoulder rehabilitation
- Strengthening and conditioning for seniors
- Vestibular rehab, balance training and fall prevention
- Cervical and lumbar spine pain and degenerative discs
- Pediatric assessments for developmental delay
